Zappos famously eliminated job titles and a traditional management structure and is now doing away with traditional job postings as well. The e-retailer is leapfrogging over established social media sites like Twitter or LinkedIn to create its own social media site for the purpose.
The move fits nicely into the company’s innovative management structure, and no doubt other companies will be keeping an eye on how this brand-new method works for human resources.
