-
Less than a month ago, Wanelo announced its buy button feature that allows its users to buy from many of the retailers they follow on the site.
Dive Insight:
Wanelo began as a social network to admire, aspire, and share loved things at stores, so it was primed to move deeper into e-commerce. It’s no surprise, then, that it is quickly developing ways to make it easier for its users to buy from the retailers they’ve already been looking at. The integration with Shopify will make shopping that much easier and speedier for Wanelo users, and it can work with retailers of pretty much any size.
“The fact that Wanelo is now a Shopify app is amazing because it’s the best way for any store owner to tap into a community 100% focused on shopping, and it helps with discovery of our store and products,” said Shop Jeen founder-CEO Erin Yogasundram in a statement. "Shopify apps help us do our job better, and the seamless Wanelo integration makes everyone's lives easier."
