Dive Insight:
Branding Brand co-founder and CEO Chris Mason says that consumers are shopping and purchasing more from his clients because they are beginning to trust mobile transactions. Apple’s iPhone still dominates in this space, but with technology like the new Google Now, Google is intent on bringing Android phones at least on par with iPhone in m-commerce. As innovation accelerates in mobile shopping, and mobile transactions continue to be advertised as more secure than credit card transactions, look for an explosion in m-commerce.
