Dive Insight:
A decade at a company is no small thing, and Schweitzer has certainly seen (and helped) execute change at this most influential retailer. In the past, she has talked about the loss of founder Chip Wilson’s vision as he stepped away from his leadership positions, noting that not everyone coming in was buying into the company’s goal-setting, bliss-seeking culture.
