• Dick’s Sporting Goods Friday announced that Teri L. List-Stoll will become EVP and CFO at the company, and oversee its finance and legal organizations as of August.

• List-Stoll stepped down in March as CFO of Kraft Foods—where she had worked since September 2013—amid restructuring there, and was serving as an advisor till last month. 

•  Andre J. Hawaux, who now serves as EVP, COO, and CFO, will stay on as EVP and COO once List-Stoll comes aboard, the company said.

Andre J. Hawaux added COO to his list of duties earlier this year after previous COO Joseph H. Schmidt announced his retirement months before. But Dick’s success these days comes from highly strategic physical store operations, streamlined with its e-commerce; it behooves the retailer to have more than once person taking on the COO and CFO roles.
