Dive Insight:
Although Twitter is trying hard to increase its commerce capabilities, the social network still remains a place for sharing opinions and jokes. This ability to add to one’s Amazon wish list via a tweet is more Twitter-ish than Amazon’s earlier capability to add items to the shopping cart. The timing is right, coming just ahead of holiday shopping, when the retailer's wish list feature is especially popular.
