17th October, 2024: Property operations software provider Facilio announced its partnership with leading specialty retailer The Tile Shop to digitize and automate store facilities operations across its 142 stores in the U.S. With the deployment of Facilio’s Connected CMMS, The Tile Shop will transition from manual work order and vendor management to digitized and automated processes, enabling smarter decision-making. The platform will provide easy real-time access to historical data, and allow The Tile Shop’s FM team to stay on top of technician and contractor performance, inspections and maintenance repair work.
