The 113th annual convention will be held in New York City, Jan. 15-17, and is expected to draw more than 35,000 retailers, vendors, and industry experts from around the world.
The 2023 NRF Innovation Lab will showcase new technologies to help retailers meet new and evolving challenges. This immersive exhibit tracks the latest developments in retail’s transformation and what retail can be now and in the future.

This year for NRF 2023: Retail’s Big Show, Marketplacer is assembling a group of leading industry solution providers and technologies to showcase how brands and retailers can tackle the needs of an ever-changing market with a composable commerce approach that includes 3rd-party products as part of the catalog assortment. Retailers and brands no longer need to rely on a one-stop approach. Now, they can pick and choose the components best suited to the needs of their overall commerce strategy.
In addition to Marketplacer platform demos, booth guests will be able to view a demo of the end-to-end lifecycle from 3rd-party product ingestion and harmonization to a highly-optimized end-customer experience.
Participating demo companies (ChangeCX, Akeneo, commercetools, Lily AI, and Algolia) represent how a Mach Alliance strategy can be applied to deliver a composable commerce technology ecosystem tuned to deliver high-scale extended range product assortments with minimal human capital investment.
Retail’s Big Show will feature three days of insights and innovations from leading voices of the retail industry.
