- J.C. Penney has agreed to a long-term extension on its credit card program with GE Capital Retail Bank.
- The credit card program began in 1999 and is available to consumers at J.C. Penney stores at virtually every location inside the U.S.
- The fourteen-year relationship between J.C. Penney and GE Capital Retail Bank will now be extended through February 2020.
