Wells Fargo launches new iPhone app for banking services

Wells Fargo has launched a new iPhone application called CEO Mobile for commercial banking services.

The free application was designed to alert corporate and business customers to pending transactions. CEO Mobile also connects consumers to online commercial banking services.

Wells Fargo & Co. is a financial services company that provides banking, insurance, investments, mortgage and consumer finance.

The CEO Mobile application lets consumers access Wells Fargo’s Commercial Electronic Office services. There, application users can monitor balances in corporate bank accounts, approve outgoing payments, manage exception items, view intraday account activity and reset passwords.

The application also provides consumers with alerts to wires, image-positive pay exceptions and automatic clearing house fraud filter reports before they sign into the application.

The new iPhone application is an extension of Wells Fargo CEO Mobile service. The mobile banking service lets commercial, corporate and institutional consumers monitor account activity and stay on top of cash management functions while on the go.

Wells Fargo also offers an iPhone application for retail consumers and small business customers.

With Wells Fargo Mobile, customers can review account balances, pay bills, transfer funds and find the nearest ATM or store location.
