Visiture and Grey Umbrella Marketing to Merge
Charleston, South Carolina (November 11, 2015) - Visiture, a search marketing agency, announced today that they have entered into a definite agreement to merge with Grey Umbrella Marketing, an internet marketing firm based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Visiture is currently a leading force in paid search, while Grey Umbrella Marketing’s expertise lies in search engine optimization. The natural marriage between the two has come about in order to create a leader in the eCommerce field and provide greater benefits to their clients.
