SurePayroll introduces mobile paycheck app for employees
SurePayroll developed Mobile Paycheck to accompany its Mobile Payroll application, letting employees conveniently view payroll information on their iPhones, iPads or iPod touches.
SurePayroll developed Mobile Paycheck so employees can find out how much they have earned the second they get paid. The application provides instant access to paycheck details including earnings, taxes and year-to-date totals.
“The strategy is to take the burden of administering payroll information off the backs of small business owners by providing their employees with direct access to pay and benefits information through a convenient anywhere, anytime method,” said Steve Kania, vice president of product management at SurePayroll, Glenview, IL.
SurePayroll is the online alternative to ADP and Paychex. SurePayroll is dedicated to providing a simple, convenient and accurate online payroll service at a price small business owners can afford.
Employees can use the new application to view their wage rates and retirement deduction contribution rates, and access past pay stubs.
The application is the first of its kind and follows SurePayroll’s Mobile Payroll offering. It is the first payroll application for business owners.
Launched in December 2009, the Mobile Payroll application is used by thousands of SurePayroll customers to conveniently process payroll and view employee data on their mobile devices.
Jason Parkinson is president of DJ4U Mobile Entertainment, a business that provides DJ services for weddings, school dances and corporate events in Central Illinois.
He uses SurePayroll’s Mobile Payroll application to process payroll and is excited to offer his employees the chance to use Mobile Paycheck.
Small business employees who are employed by companies using SurePayroll’s online/mobile payroll processing service are the target for this application.
SurePayroll is getting the word out about the application via email communications to customers and through social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
“Mobile is convenient, allowing anytime, anywhere access to paycheck amounts and benefits information,” Mr. Kania said. “We will soon launch a Mobile Payroll app for employers) and Mobile Paycheck app for employees for the Droid.”
