Bolingbrook, IL-based Ulta Beauty has revealed a five-year plan that includes opening 500 new stores.

The beauty supply company said it opened 19 stores in Q2 for a total of 715 nationwide, and plans to open 100 stores each year through 2019 and to expand its web division to aim for 10% of total sales.

Ulta’s Q2 e-commerce grew 54.9% year-over-year, and same-store sales grew 9.6%.

Ulta expects increased sales in the near and long-term future, and is planning the infrastructure on and offline to foster that. Ulta CEO Mary Dillon attributes a good part of Ulta’s success to its revamped loyalty program, which accounts for 80% of the company’s sales.
